We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Permanent Controller to join our dynamic Accounting + Finance team. This role is a crucial part of our organization, responsible for overseeing all aspects of accounting operations, financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI development. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading financial operations in multi-entity environments.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting, and Revenue Recognition.
Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements.
Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
Support month-end and year-end close process.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Lead the financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI development processes to support strategic initiatives and decision-making.
Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
Develop internal control guidelines, policies and procedures for budget accounting, cash and credit management, administration, and other activities.
Coordinate with external auditors and manage financial audits.
Assess current accounting operations, offering recommendations for improvement and implementing new processes.
Evaluate accounting and internal control systems.
Oversee financial operations of subsidiary companies and foreign operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designation preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior financial managerial position.
Proven experience with financial modeling, data analysis, and KPI development.
Experience leading financial operations in multi-entity environments.
Able to analyze financial records and transfer information.
Data-driven and highly analytical.
Proficiency with accounting software, word processing, and spreadsheets.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility.
