About the team
Sitting within our Practice Management Group, the Client Services team is key in facilitating the efficient and seamless delivery of all client meetings, presentations and events. We are currently looking to grow our team with a polished Corporate Receptionist. Your ability to work collaboratively to deliver a high level of service consistent with the Pitcher Partners brand and core values is imperative.
About the role
Together with the catering team, your purpose is to ensure a seamless delivery of operations and an exceptional experience to our guests that is consistent with Pitcher Partners brand and reputation.
Key responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment for both external & internal clients
- Act as a point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
- Understand customer needs and provide personalised solutions
- Control access to meeting rooms
- Handle enquiries and or complaints via phone and or email
- Diary management and coordination of meeting rooms, including the confirmation and reallocation of meeting rooms to suit the business needs
- Approve room allocations
Who we're after

- Experience within a receptionist role, ideally within a corporate environment
- You are proficient with using Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Teams
- You will demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills in a team environment.
