As the business embarks on an exciting growth journey, they are seeking a dynamic CRM Manager to lead customer engagement, retention, and win-back programs. This role is pivotal in steering the business through a strategic and technical CRM transformation, ensuring long-term customer value and engagement.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute personalised segmentation strategies using first-party data.
- Implement predictive churn models (RFM modelling) to retain high-value customers.
- Design and optimise automated engagement, win-back, and retention campaigns to maximise customer lifetime value.
- Own and enhance Klaviyo as the core CRM platform, ensuring seamless integration and high-impact campaigns.
- Lead A/B testing, automation, and performance tracking to refine engagement strategies.
- Execute multi-channel campaigns that deepen customer relationships.
Collaboration & Partner Management- Work closely with external CRM and data partners to enhance platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with performance marketing, data, and eCommerce teams for an integrated customer experience.
- Communicate insights, performance trends, and strategic priorities effectively.
The Ideal Candidate- 3+ years of CRM experience with a strong track record in achieving KPI's.
- Strong technical expertise with CRM platforms (preferably Klaviyo), email marketing, and Google Analytics.
- Ability to balance big-picture strategy with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Experience in segmentation, automation, and data-driven retention strategies.
- Excellent communication and content skills, with a keen eye for detail.
