We're on the lookout for enthusiastic individuals to join our cruise division. You don't need prior experience in the travel industry-just a knack for hitting sales targets, stellar customer service skills, and a passion for all things cruise-related.
Successful candidates will embark on a fully paid training journey, learning from the country's top cruise experts in an interactive, fast-paced environment. Upon completion, participants will become a Fully Accredited Cruise Consultant with a guaranteed full time position and future career opportunities within the My Cruises team.

What you'll be doing - Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product/service-related issues, providing appropriate solutions.
- Work with customers to provide them with their dream holiday.
- Have a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
Who you are - A MUST: Minimum 2 years in the customer service industry.
- Exceptional multitasking ability; you will juggle priorities to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
- Competent level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite or similar programme.
- You must value the importance of developing strong relationships and teamwork in customer relations.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving, empathy, and strong communication skills.
- Experienced travelling overseas - ideal.
