The Customer Experience Officer provides the highest level of frontline customer service to the community and performs administrative tasks to ensure effective business processes. The Customer Experience Officer position is responsible for positively representing Council's brand and improving relationships with the community via a range of face-to-face and online channels.

About you
- Certificate III Business Administration or other equivalent qualifications or experience.
- Advanced competence in the use of Microsoft Office Software.
- Class C Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the Position Description).
- Demonstrated Fundamental Level key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the Position Description).
- Previous experience in using Civica's Authority System (desirable).
We offer
- Permanent Part Time, 21 hours per week, with a salary from $36,464 to $39,347 per year (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation.
- Casual with an hourly rate from $41.7400 to $45.0404 (inclusive of casual loading) (depending on qualifications, skills and experience), plus 11.5% superannuation.
