The Role: Using data from multiple sources, the Analyst will work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver elegant solutions enabling efficiency in operations. The Analyst will be an excellent communicator capable of effectively communicating with senior leads, technical staff, and business areas in an audience-appropriate manner.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders to understand and document requirements and address business needs by transforming raw data into reports and insights.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality reporting products in consultation with the Business areas to ensure products meet user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Increase efficiency in the division by creating a 'single source of truth' for all reporting, comprising rich and drillable visualizations while being accessible.
  • Manage assigned reporting projects end-to-end, including requirements gathering, managing workflow, and development.
  • Develop reports according to style guides, user experience, and accessibility standards of the broader team.

Requirements:

  • Expert level Data Skills with a minimum of 8 or more years in Business Intelligence-Analysis/Data arena.
  • Experience in building analytical assets such as forecasting, predictive modeling, and optimization will be highly regarded.
  • Experience in working with raw data, drawing compelling and actionable insights via visualizations. Familiarity with visualization tools such as SAS Viya, Tableau, Qlikview, or similar.
  • Demonstrable knowledge of CI/CD practices, project tracking software (e.g., JIRA), and version control (GIT, Bitbucket).
