The Opportunity

Are you an experienced leader with a passion for building high-performing teams? We are seeking a Delivery Manager to oversee the execution of our water infrastructure rehabilitation projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and exceptional service delivery. In this role, you will provide strategic direction and hands-on leadership, guiding teams to meet safety, quality, financial, and time targets. You will oversee project planning, contract reviews, and financial approvals while fostering a high-performance culture through coaching and mentoring. Additionally, you will collaborate with Business Development Managers to maintain strong client relationships, resolve complex challenges, and drive project success.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the position is further supported by our talented team of people including Project Managers, Engineers, Supervisors and Field Crew. This role is based out of our Sydney office in Girraween (Western Sydney).

You will bring:

  • Relevant Degree in civil engineering, construction project management or equivalent
  • Extensive experience in construction and/or rehabilitation project delivery at a Senior Project Manager level or Delivery Manager level
  • Knowledge of Wastewater, Potable water, Stormwater and Culvert systems and rehabilitation methods
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex rehabilitation projects while ensuring successful delivery of planned outcomes
  • Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex teams effectively
  • Strong decision making and complex problem solving skills
  • A commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement is essential
