What role will you play?

As a Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Agile, high-energy, and rewarding environment. With your impressive engineering background and experience in a similar role, you will lead the delivery of large and complex initiatives such as EPICS in collaboration with multiple inter-dependent teams. Your ability to stay outcome-focused and your exceptional stakeholder and relationship management skills will drive our teams to continuously achieve business outcomes.

In this role, you will work closely with the Director of Delivery and collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, Business Analysts, and various business stakeholders. You will lead the end-to-end delivery of EPICS, ensuring seamless execution and driving business outcomes. By deeply understanding business problems, you will deliver effective technology solutions through close collaboration with both business stakeholders and the engineering team.

What you offer
  • Extensive technical delivery experience in Banking and Financial Services or a Technology Organisation, with a specialisation in AI and cloud technology platforms, specifically in cloud migrations.
  • Engineering background and have successfully delivered large and complex initiatives with multiple dependencies.
  • Ability to deeply understand business problems and deliver technology solutions by collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams.
  • Strong analytical skills to leverage data and metrics for tracking progress and ensuring business outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities, with proficiency in managing risks and issues.
  • Strong collaborative skills to work effectively across teams and platforms for Epic success.
  • Strong 'can-do' attitude and resilience, capable of delivering to tight deadlines in complex environments.
  • Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence.
