About the role

The Delivery Partners Administrator is an integral member of the Delivery Partners team responsible for the administrative function associated with the National management of Delivery Partners.

Encompassing systems administration and quality, you will actively ensure the integrity of both process and quality across core compliance activities within the Business Unit.

The position supports both the General Manager - Delivery Partners and Regional Delivery Partner Managers, providing information and analytics to enable decision making and satisfy enquiry.

What you'll do

  1. Manage communication platforms, including email, web pages, and SharePoint.
  2. Draft, edit, and coordinate communications in collaboration with Marketing.
  3. Oversee Delivery Partner evidence/information and ensure accuracy.
  4. Analyze and prepare performance reports using tools like Power BI and Excel.
  5. Support executive reporting and create business updates, safety bulletins, and project tracking reports.
  6. Assist with vendor maintenance and financial reporting.
  7. Assist in resolving queries relating to non-payment/short payments to Delivery Partners.
