About the Opportunity

In the newly created position of Digital and Content Manager, you will be a key member of a newly formed team dedicated to driving digital communications and engaging, strategically aligned content strategies for both internal and external audiences, overseeing content creation across multiple channels, and ensuring engagement and strategic alignment with overall business objectives in digital channels for the Transgrid and Lumea brands.

You will blend storytelling and creativity to optimise content performance, furthering the Group's strategic outcomes. You will be across industry trends to incorporate innovative ideas into content creation for both B2B, community and internal purposes. Managing the content creation process, using a mix of internal and external resources, you will ensure Transgrid's brand voice, cost efficiencies and reputation is effectively managed and that the key audiences of Transgrid and Lumea are engaged and at the heart of our digital storytelling.

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in digital communications, marketing, social media or related field.
  • High level written and oral communication skills and interpersonal skills to inform, influence, persuade and motivate.
  • Ability to liaise, consult, negotiate and network with senior managers.
  • Ability to successfully meet competing deadlines, influence outcomes to accomplish organisational objectives and effectively manage project teams to meet timelines and outcomes.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the impact of issues and provide relevant input in analysis of business needs.
