Job Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and execution of Westpac Share Trading and St. George Direct Shares marketing and customer experience programs, driving brand exposure, campaigns and acquisition and retention activity
  • Collaborate with a range of teams and suppliers to enhance our share trading, investment and wealth offer and advocacy

How will I help?

You will be an integral part of the Client Experience team, collaborating closely with Online Share Trading, Private Wealth and Chief Brand and Marketing teams, as well as various external vendors and suppliers. Your role will focus on crafting and implementing the Go to Market Strategy, developing comprehensive marketing roadmaps, and designing effective campaign acquisition and conversion journeys. You will also spearhead communications and engagement strategies, support strategic initiatives, and analyse marketing metrics to enhance sales and advocacy. Your contributions will ensure the successful execution of marketing, advertising, and client communication programs to bolster our Online Share Trading businesses.

What do I need?

To succeed in this role, you will be an exceptional communicator with a strategic mindset and strong commercial acumen. Your stakeholder management skills will be second to none and you will have the ability to influence key stakeholders across levels. You will have previous marketing experience, ideally from the financial services industry and a solid understanding of SEO, SEM, CRM processes, and Agile work methodology. Finally, you will be highly organised and capable of working autonomously to deliver programs aligned with strategic priorities.
