Salary: $110,266 - $122,058 pa plus superannuation and leave loading

Your role
Corrective Services NSW has an exciting opportunity for a passionate and driven team player with experience in supporting and advocating for inmates to join the team responsible for facilitating the delivery of education services and programs within a correctional centre.
What you'll do
The Education Services Coordinator reports to the Manager of Industries and works collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to plan the delivery of education and vocational programs by external education providers. The role is also responsible for coordinating the delivery of assessment and planning services to offenders at St Heliers Correctional Centre.
What we're looking for:
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Proficient communicator with intermediate technology skills
- Can prioritise in a high volume and sensitive environment
- Relevant experience in leading small teams is a plus
- Have operational experience in planning and scheduling educational programs: Vocational Training, Foundation skills, traineeships, core skills assessments (CSA)
- Proven experience to meet Key Accountabilities and Key Challenges detailed on Role Description
- Proven experience in computers and business software, such as Microsoft Office and Excel spreadsheets
- Current driver licence and preparedness to drive a vehicle in the course of performing the role
- Assignment to this role is subject to Criminal Records Check and Capability Assessments
