We are a Corporate and Commercial Law firm looking to add a seasoned Employment & Commercial Contracts Attorney to our team! The ideal candidate for this role will have 3+ years of experience with employment counseling AND handling commercial contracts for sophisticated clients. Strong preference for local Colorado candidates!

Job Details

Requirements:
  • JD from a top-tier law school
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado (or the ability to be waived into CO/obtain your CO license within 1 year of employment)
  • 3 (+) years of experience working at a top national or international firm, or sophisticated in-house department
  • Experience providing legal advice and counseling for employment matters (i.e. exempt/non-exempt classification, employment separations, non-competes, and compliance)
  • Experience with Colorado's ADA, FMLA, FAMLI, and POWR statutes as well as other state and federal employment-related laws.
  • Experience reviewing, editing, and drafting operational commercial and technology contracts for technology and other companies (i.e. agreements for software licensing, SaaS, consulting & professional services, manufacturing & supply, R&D, IP licensing, sales and distribution, offices, leases, etc.)
