About the role:
The college is a vibrant, growing K-12 College of around 800 students situated in South-Western Sydney. The college proudly employs applicants from a diverse range of faiths and cultural backgrounds. You will be teaching Secondary English across Y7-12. The position calls for a skilled and engaging educator who can develop, motivate, and nurture the growth of students.
Key Duties:
You will be able to demonstrate your ability and commitment to:
- Teaching Stages 4 to 6 while demonstrating an excellent understanding of the NESA Syllabus.
- An ongoing innovative approach to differentiating the curriculum to respond to the needs of all students in your care.
- Supporting student wellbeing by contributing positively and proactively to the life of the College.
Skills & Experience:
- Secondary teacher qualification suitable to teach English.
- Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Hold a valid and up-to-date NESA registration.
- Valid Working with Children Check (for employment purposes).
- Have unrestricted working rights in Australia.
- Ability to provide contact details for two education-based references.
