Enterprise Architect - SAP SuccessFactors
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to lead the strategy and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions across our organisation. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape enterprise-wide architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and digital transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and drive the enterprise architecture strategy for SAP SuccessFactors.
- Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and enterprise-wide technology frameworks.
- Provide leadership and governance for large-scale SAP SuccessFactors implementations.
- Optimise system performance, scalability, and security.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure long-term sustainability.
- Collaborate with senior business and IT leaders to align architecture with strategic goals.
- Maintain comprehensive architectural documentation and governance frameworks.
About You:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in enterprise architecture, with expertise in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors.
- Technical Expertise:
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.
- Deep understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and its integration within enterprise environments.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and enterprise integration tools.
- Proficiency in API management, ETL, iPaaS, and data governance.
- Strong background in security, compliance, and database management (SQL & NoSQL).
