What role will you play? As an Enterprise Architect you will embed architecture governance, frameworks and practices to encourage early engagement and collaborative decision making with impacted stakeholders both business and technology.
You will provide strategic insights and challenge existing norms to drive innovative solutions. Work with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and shared understanding. Navigate and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment where the path forward may not always be clear.
As a trusted advisor, you will break down complex problems and offer implementable, innovative, and intuitive solutions within a highly visible and valued team.
What you offer - Extensive experience as an Enterprise Architect, preferably in a regulated financial services environment. This must include understanding and building capability models.
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks, including organisation-specific adoption, customisation, and associated governance. Professional certifications (e.g., TOGAF) are preferred.
- Strong knowledge of modern architecture concepts and practices (e.g., well-architected reviews, cyber-security, and public cloud and data platforms).
- Comprehensive experience in technology roles (e.g., solution or platform architecture).
- Demonstrated track record of leading and facilitating architecture forums or communities of practice in a large complex organisation.
- Experience with a range of architecture tooling (e.g., Ardoq, LeanIX, etc.), and architecture documentation best practices.
- Excellent communicator and storyteller especially explaining complex technology value to a business and technology leadership audience, a strategic problem solver, an influencer, a thought leader, and a team player.
