Job Details

Draft wills, trusts, and estate documents for clients.
Supervise the execution of estate planning documents.
Provide legal guidance on estate planning, asset protection, and tax strategies.
Assist clients in probate administration and estate litigation matters.
Handle guardianship and conservatorship cases as needed.
Conduct research and provide legal analysis on estate-related matters.
Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm matters.

Looking For:

Live near Buffalo, Syracuse or Rochester
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active NY State Bar License
Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
Expertise in wills, trusts, guardianship, and wealth transfer strategies
Strong communication, research, and analytical skills
Client-focused mindset with excellent organizational abilities
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
