Founded in 1993, we are a consortium of global Christian relief and development organisations working together in an East Asian country. We aim to see local people building and restoring their families, churches, and communities. We want them to experience fullness of life, and we work towards this through our many projects and placements.
As a leader and administrator, the Executive Director (ED), alongside the Leadership Team, oversees and facilitates the operations of the organisation. The ED should have the ability to see the big picture, give strategic guidance, and implement vision. The ED is normally elected for a 4-year term.
The Executive Director must be a mature Christian who can provide spiritual leadership for the organisation and has skills in administration and cross-cultural experience. He or she should be able to relate to and work with people from diverse backgrounds, as the expatriate staff includes people from 14 countries.
