Job Description We are seeking a Volunteer at HammondCare Caulfield to support residents in attending in-house exercise sessions with the resident physiotherapist. HammondCare Caulfield Village specialises in residential care for people living with a diagnosis of Dementia.
Your Role
You'll be helping to encourage residents to participate in exercises during their in-house physiotherapy visits. Your presence will help to provide confidence as you stand by to support them during these visits.
