Job Description
Experienced Administrative Assistant Full Time

Full-time position for Admin Assistant. The position involves answering incoming calls, making appointments, entering client details into a CRM (we use ), and making outbound calls to clients.

We supply and install artificial grass in Australia, so previous experience in a services-oriented business would be advantageous.

The role also involves checking and replying to emails and voicemails. Access to our software applications only requires web interfaces. Previous experience of 3+ years using a CRM is required, ideally with exposure to . We do have a VOIP service that can be easily configured externally via a softphone. This is a full-time role (160 hours per month).

We are based in Australia. It is important that the Admin Assistant has a neutral English accent and preferably has previous experience dealing with clients in Australia. The working hours are 8 AM to 4 PM Queensland EST.

Please also advise on the monitoring and security provided over the computer and systems you will be using. If working from home, please include your internet speed, any backup power available, and whether you have noise-canceling headphones (advise type and brand used) and if a quiet room is available where the work will be undertaken. Local holidays in Australia will need to be taken into account.
