We have an exciting opportunity for a Facility Manager to join the team with Aerodyne supporting AFRL at Kirtland AFB.
The Facility Manager will:
Manage facility operations activities including but not limited to: implementing safety and environmental compliance programs, coordinating hazardous materials management, serving as Fuel Tank Custodian and Chemical Hygiene Officer, directing facility maintenance activities, developing and maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring regulatory compliance for all facility operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Safety Management, Environmental Science, or related fields or equivalent added experience
- 5+ years facility management experience
- Working knowledge of AFI 90-821 and 29 CFR 1910.1200
- TS/SCI Clearance required
- Experience managing safety, environmental, and compliance programs within secure facilities, including hazardous materials handling and storage
- Expertise in facility operations, maintenance protocols, and emergency management
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements such as AFI 90-821, OSHA standards, and federal safety regulations
- Ability to implement safety protocols and oversee infrastructure upgrades to maintain operational readiness
- Background in leading facility audits, developing corrective action plans, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety policies
- Must have good communication and organizational skills and the ability to work in a team environment

Additional Information
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship is required for this position.

Essential Functions
Work Environment
Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on task.
Physical Requirements
Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of time). May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of time).

Standard office equipment (PC, telephone, printer, etc.).
Attendance
Regular attendance in accordance with the established work schedule is critical. Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
