The Field Sales Manager is responsible for the execution of in-store plans within the state. They are responsible for fostering a high performance RedBull team that meets and exceeds targets and budgets in their geographic territory of Off Premise (Route, P&C, Non-Traditional, Independent and Corporate Grocery) accounts. The Field Sales Manager is responsible for embedding the "Power Selling" process within their team of Strikers as well as providing on the job training on RedBull principles to DP reps, while fostering relationships with DP Field Sales Managers.
Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
- 5+ years field sales experience within the FMCG industry
- 2+ years people management experience
- Demonstrable team management and leadership experience
- Strong reporting and analysis skills and commercial acumen
- Travel 20-30%
