Salary Range is $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, plus 11.5% super

New Industrial Agreement 2024, salary increases scheduled for July 2025 and 2026

What You Will Be Working On

As a Finance Business Partner, you'll play a key role in empowering leaders with financial insights that drive informed decision-making and long-term sustainability. Your role will involve:

  • Collaborating with leaders to provide strategic financial advice that supports operational and strategic goals.
  • Driving financial literacy across the organisation by delivering training and support that enhances decision-making capabilities.
  • Assisting in the development of the annual budget and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvement, streamlining financial reporting, and enhancing transparency.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor, helping leaders navigate financial challenges and optimise resources.

About You

We're looking for a finance professional who is naturally curious, solution-focused, and driven to create positive change. You'll thrive in this role if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce and CPA accreditation.
  • Have at least five years of experience in management accounting, financial analysis, or business partnering roles.
  • Bring a strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and relevant legislation.
  • Can translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
  • Are proactive, adaptable, and skilled in building relationships and influencing at all levels.
  • Enjoy collaborating with diverse teams and challenging the status quo to drive meaningful improvements.
