About the role
BlueRock is currently looking for a Freelance Graphic Designer to join our team working with BlueRock's Brand & Marketing team as we take our brand global. The Graphic Designer will design layouts for social media, web, long-form documents and presentations using Figma (or other design tools) as well as the Adobe and Office 365 suites.
What you'll be doing
- Working closely with the Creative teams to maintain and enhance our brand's visual identity.
- Design and create visually captivating and compelling communications, materials, presentations and pitch decks that proficiently convey ideas and concepts in alignment with our brand's style guide.
- Create visuals for digital designs including but not limited to social media, websites, interactive Figma decks and more!
- Thrive in a creative-driven environment where you will work closely with cross-functional teams, contributing your design expertise to various projects.
We want to hear from people who have:
- A minimum of 1-2 years professional experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong focus in digital and collateral design.
- Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign).
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design concepts that align with brand objectives and resonate with the target audience.
- Strong typographic and layout skills for short- and long-form documents.
- Experience in data visualization and interactive presentations.
Additionally, familiarity with a team job manager, to track projects and deadlines such as Asana is preferred. UX/UI experience and knowledge of Webflow is highly regarded.
