Job Description Blossoming Gardens, Happy Hearts at the Waratah Garden Club.
Come and join residents at our Gardening Club in Waratah. You will engage in meaningful social interactions as you weed, plant seedlings, and water, bringing residents together who would like to be involved.
Your impact
Volunteering as a social visitor can be a rewarding experience, both for the person you visit as well as yourself. Regular visits from volunteers can help to improve quality of life and help people feel less isolated.
Requirements • 18 years or older
• National Volunteer Police Check arranged and paid for by HammondCare
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
We'd be happy to discuss a suitable time during the week; currently, the club is running Wednesday afternoon from 2pm - 3pm. Visits could be weekly to fortnightly depending on your availability.
