P&C Insurance - General Accounting Manager
Good morning! I'm looking to connect with an experienced General Accounting Manager who is able to commute to P&C insurance carrier located in Nassau County, NY. We're looking for a background in A/P, A/R, Cash, GL Reconciliations/journal entries, wire payments, ACH payments, Transfers, deposits, etc. A plus will be to have a broad insurance accounting understanding from financial reporting, back office, and an eye for process improvements, etc. Looking for a strong Statutory yellow book background.
Requires 4-year degree and current or recent experience doing same as listed above within a P&C insurance carrier. Will need to be able to work without much oversight, have great attention to detail and bring a curious nature.
