Your impact

When it comes to delivering a brighter, smarter tomorrow, our Integrated Project Delivery Services team is at the heart of the solution. From the pre-construction phase to construction to post-construction, we partner seamlessly with our clients to coordinate and safely and successfully deliver projects and programs.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Project Manager to join our Sydney Program & Project Management team in 2026. You'll help us manage projects across the full project life cycle, including design, planning, procurement, and construction - and we'll mentor you each step of the way to ensure you're set up for success. Your tasks will include:

  • Shadowing project managers or project controllers
  • Supporting tasks such as preparing pricing tool (budgets) program
  • Attending project meetings and preparing meeting minutes
  • Supporting with cost/time reporting
  • Supporting with preparing bids
  • Preparing project plans, safety plans, registers for projects
  • Supporting in market and industry research

Here's what you'll need

Ideally, by January 2026, you'll hold a university degree in Project and/or Construction Management, Project Controls, Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or similar) and/or Commerce and you possess an interest in Project Management/Controls. Bring your curiosity, collaborative spirit, and strong communication skills, and we'll help you grow, pursue, and fulfill what drives you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together.
