Group Fitness Instructor / Personal Trainer We are looking for an independent, motivated, and innovative personal trainer to join our team.
We aim to fill the gym with a few more small group sessions in the afternoons. Small groups can be up to 6 people within our private gym located in Fyshwick.
You will not be required to find new clients or make cold calls. All of this will be done for you!
- Monday to Friday: 5:30pm - 7:00pm (preferred)
- Monday to Friday: 5:15am - 6:00am (potential but not required)
- Saturdays and Sundays: Open to experiment with your availability
Key Roles and Capabilities:
- Conduct and design appropriate training programs for individuals, couples, or groups with minimal supervision
- Adapt, adjust, and modify training programs quickly and effectively based on the client's needs and environment
- Motivate and inspire clients to perform their best and achieve their goals
- Certificate III / IV, Diploma in Fitness (e.g., SIS40215)
- Current Provide First Aid and CPR certifications
- Personal training
- Running and designing group classes
- Additional qualifications in health, fitness, and specialty exercise programs/populations
Training sessions can be scheduled between 6am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
Remuneration:
$38.5 per session with 11% superannuation.

We are also looking for Mobile Personal Trainers across Canberra for home sessions.
We are only bound by our imagination. We are flexible. If we want something, we can make it happen. Open to all ideas to improve the service we provide to clients.
