As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving our digital marketing strategy to fuel growth and maximize our global impact. Responsible for managing and optimizing our digital channels-including website performance, social media, and demand generation campaigns-you'll deliver measurable results for a renewable energy audience across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
- Digital Channel Ownership: Manage and optimize all digital channels, including the website, social media, and email campaigns, ensuring they drive high-quality inbound leads.
- Performance Marketing: Lead and execute performance marketing campaigns, with full accountability for Return on Ad Spend (ROAS) and digital spend efficiency.
- Demand Generation: Design and implement targeted demand generation strategies tailored to the renewable energy industry globally (US, Europe, Rest of World).
- Email Marketing: Build and optimize email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and improve conversion rates through the sales funnel.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Go-To-Market Manager and cross-functional teams (sales, product, and engineering) to align digital strategies with organizational goals and acquire the resources needed to succeed.
- Data-Driven Decision-Making: Continuously analyze performance metrics, uncover actionable insights, and iterate strategies to improve revenue and campaign ROI.
- Strategic Execution: Operate with a strategic mindset while remaining hands-on in execution, leveraging first principles to build processes, tools, and campaigns from the ground up.

Essential technical competencies and qualifications:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering or communications, or equivalent relevant experience is required. A master's degree, or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in B2B growth or digital marketing roles, with a proven track record in managing digital channels and demand generation.
- Experience in industries such as renewable energy, technology, or data-driven sectors is highly valued.
- Demonstrated success in managing performance marketing campaigns with measurable ROI and high ROAS.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications or experience in digital marketing tools or platforms (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud) are preferred.
- Language Capabilities: Proficiency in English is required, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Fluency in additional languages is an advantage, particularly for global campaign management.
