Position Overview:

The Head of Finance oversees all financial activities in the assigned region, ensuring compliance and data accuracy to support business decisions. The role focuses on optimizing finance processes, improving efficiency, and maintaining the company's financial health in the commodities industry.

• Manage regional financial operations, including finance, cost control, taxation, budgeting, accounting, and financial analysis. Improve regional financial systems and processes.
• Regularly report regional project performance to the group, conduct financial analysis, and provide improvement suggestions.
• Participate in investment analysis, review, and decision-making support for major economic activities and contracts.
• Prepare regional financial budgets and monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring timely and accurate data reflects business performance.
• Liaise with tax authorities, financial institutions, and external bodies; review project financial documents for data integrity and compliance.
• Analyse revenue, cost, and profit data, identify operational issues, and propose solutions for improvement.
• Lead the regional finance team, responsible for recruitment, development, and performance evaluation.

• Bachelor's degree or above; ACCA, CPA preferred.
• At least 3 years of financial management experience in a Chinese publicly listed company or medium-to-large enterprise.
• Knowledge of Singapore and international finance, tax, and accounting standards.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and Mandarin required for effective communication with Chinese-speaking associates.
• Strong financial expertise, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
