Who you are:

What you'll be doing:

  • Create and implement lifecycle marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and growth, aligning with broader corporate objectives.
  • Identify key customer touchpoints to deliver personalised journeys.
  • Oversee the implementation and optimisation of marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems for data-driven, personalised campaigns.
  • Ensure effective use of these systems for managing customer data and tracking behavior.
  • Design and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, app, SMS, social media).
  • Monitor performance and make data-driven adjustments to optimise results, ensuring consistent messaging across channels and high deliverability rates.
  • Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) in all marketing activities.
  • Implement best practices for data privacy and stay updated on evolving laws, training the team on compliance.
  • Oversee seamless integration of marketing automation and CRM systems, ensuring data consistency.
  • Optimise lead flow management, including scoring, nurturing, and routing to sales teams for improved conversion rates.
  • Ensure effective integration of marketing automation and CRM for data synchronisation, and continuously optimise lead management to improve conversion and alignment with sales.
  • Lead and mentor a team of lifecycle marketing professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and continuous learning, and keeping the team informed on industry trends and best practices.
