We've created a new leadership role overseeing our Marketing and Partnerships function, and are looking for a talented, passionate leader to join our expanding team.
Location: Hobart, Launceston or Devonport based with options to work from home (hybrid).

So, how will you contribute to our mission? In this newly created senior leadership role, you will oversee our multifaceted Marketing & Partnerships function which is responsible for:
- Marketing & Communications: Driving brand awareness, consideration, and preference, and customer growth through delivery of all marketing activities to ensure ongoing brand recognition, brand activation and consistency across all marketing and digital activities and channels.
- Customer Experience: Enhancing and simplifying customer experience and aiming to drive customer growth.
- Product and Pricing: Ensuring that our product portfolio meets customer needs while also ensuring business product growth objectives are met.
- Corporate Affairs: Building the profile of Bank of us within the Tasmanian community including our customers, partners, government and media.
- Strategic Business Partnerships: Developing and maintaining strong mutually beneficial relationships with our strategic partners and identifying and pursuing new partnership opportunities.
- Community Impact: Aiming to improve financial literacy in Tasmania, help more Tasmanians into housing, and make a difference in the lives of people, communities, and the environment.
You'll be responsible for leading our broad team of skilled professionals and driving a customer-centric approach and a proactive business-activation environment, while being instrumental in setting the direction and ensuring the successful delivery of all Marketing & Partnerships Strategies, driving business growth, and the delivery of our strategic objectives to position us as the bank of choice for all Tasmanians.
About you You'll have extensive leadership experience, including demonstrated experience leading a diverse functional area, with a proven track record in business growth and the achievement of results. To hit the ground running, you'll also have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, the ability to build successful business partnerships both within and external to the organisation, and experience in managing and implementing organisational strategies and plans.
