The Role:
  • Lead, mentor & develop a hardworking team of 8 staff.
  • Drive performance & KPIs through coaching, training, and strategic planning.
  • Facilitate weekly team meetings & one-on-one staff mentoring.
  • Oversee a rent roll of 1,000 managements ensuring full compliance, handling escalations, and ensuring the best practices are implemented.
  • Develop & implement systems and processes to boost efficiency.
  • Work closely with management on operational and strategic planning.
  • No Portfolio Management responsibilities involved!
What We're Looking For:
  • 5+ years of residential property management experience, with leadership exposure.
  • Strong expertise in compliance, KPIs, and process development.
  • Proven experience in staff development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Must hold a Real Estate License.
