The Successful Applicant
As the successful applicant you will ideally possess:
- Previous experience in a Head of Software Development or similar role
- A proven strategic mindset
- Excellent commercial and analytical skills
- Track record leading and building software development and architecture teams
- Experience working within an evolving, ever-changing, agile environment
