About the role

We are seeking a HR Advisor to provide advisory services and support for Australia as part of the Human Resources & Corporate Affairs team. Working as an integral part of the team, the role would suit someone that is on a growth journey, has ambition to move into a HRBP role, or another HR professional. We are on an exciting journey across the region, so there are plenty of opportunities to grow your career through global and local projects and initiatives.

Top Key Responsibilities:
  • Full employee life-cycle HR generalist activities and administration from pre-employment screenings, contract and letter generation, candidate onboarding, and employee exits.
  • Providing HR advice on policies and other HR-related matters.
  • Supporting leaders with performance and conduct management cases.
  • Managing requests into the HR Inbox, taking a 'one call/email' resolution approach so items are resolved for our internal stakeholders quickly.
  • Support with strategic HR activities and projects, including engagement, retention, remuneration, workforce planning, talent management, and annual performance reviews and calibration.
To be successful in this role, you will have experience in:
  • Bachelor's or equivalent in HR.
  • Providing HR advice to leaders and employees, escalating complex cases appropriately.
  • Managing HR inbox and other HR operational items.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when inputting data.
  • Ability to demonstrate problem-solving skills, seeking to understand.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate problems, solutions, and raise concerns effectively.
