About the Role
Our client is an ANZ infrastructure & services company, well regarded as a leader in their field. They are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to support their HR Team of 5 across all administrative, recruitment coordination and onboarding people processes across a period of growth, managing an employee headcount of 800.


Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Managing the end to end recruitment process ensuring strong candidates that fit the company ethos and role requirements are secured.
  2. Onboarding of new starters and management of probationary periods.
  3. Coordination of offboarding processes for departing employees.
  4. Issuing new & variations of employment contracts.
  5. HR Projects such as employee engagement initiatives, HRIS implementation, etc.
  6. Adhoc tasks to support the wider HR team.

About You
To be considered for this position you will have:

  1. 3+ years experience in an HR Coordinator position.
  2. Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or related field.
  3. HRIS experience.
  4. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  5. Highly computer literate (MS Excel intermediate to advanced).
  6. The ability to prioritise your workload in a changing environment.
