Are you a highly motivated individual looking for an exciting and rewarding career opportunity? Viterra is currently seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.

About the role

As our HR Coordinator, you will have the opportunity to support the HR team in a variety of areas including industrial relations, employee onboarding, performance management, recruitment, and medical processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can prioritize competing demands and communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

We're looking for someone with:

  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role
  • The ability to interpret Awards and Enterprise Agreements
  • Working knowledge of the Fair Work Act and the National Employment Standards
