Job Description About your new employer:
West Recruitment is excited to be partnering with a multinational logistics business that is headquartered in North-West Sydney that has seen significant growth in 2024. With continued growth expected in the years ahead and as they expand their operations with new and exciting large projects underway.
About your new role:
This newly created role, reporting into the Head of People and Culture, will see you manage a small team of 3 HR advisors. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Grow the business through talent management and workforce planning.
- Take the lead on key transformation and development projects such as employee engagement, policies and procedures, compliance, and payroll.
- Implementation of a new e-learning and development program.
- Drive a high-performance culture.
- Coaching and development of your team.
About you:
For success in this role, you will need to have experience as a HR Manager leading a small team. Logistics Industry experience or similar is preferred. Specifically, you will possess the following:
- HR Leadership experience combined with strong relationship building and senior stakeholder management skills.
- Hold relevant HR qualifications.
- Ability to drive HR policies and ensure they are compliant with employment laws.
- Engage by providing strategic support to divisional leaders.
- Implementation experience of L&D programs.
- Logistics industry experience or similar.
