HR Shared Services Coordinator 12 mth FTC

A great fixed term opportunity for an HR graduate with a keen interest in system-based work and HR operations to join our Talent Enablement team and provide administrative and system support to the broader Talent team.

The team

The Talent Enablement team at MinterEllison is a centre of excellence for HR systems, Administration, Analytics and Remuneration. We are a critical component of the firm and essential to the firm's success. This is a busy role that involves managing multiple stakeholders and priorities, whilst working collaboratively across offices and teams.

An opportunity exists for a Coordinator to join our team on a 12-month contract full-time. The focus of this role is to provide administrative, analytical, systems and processing support to the wider Talent team and business and to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of Talent related services to the firm.

Your role

  1. Be the first point of contact for a broad range of HR requests and enquiries;
  2. Process employee movements and enter data into internal systems;
  3. Produce routine and ad hoc employee documentation;
  4. Liaise with recruitment and candidates for a smooth onboarding experience for new starters;
  5. Conduct daily, weekly and monthly audit reports to ensure HRIS (SuccessFactors) data integrity;
  6. Contribute in the development and improvement of HR and firm processes;
  7. Collaborate with other teams within the firm to ensure the best outcome.

About you

  1. Strong Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and an understanding of document management systems;
  2. Experience with SuccessFactors administration is desirable;
  3. Interest in HR operations and system-based work;
  4. Excellent attention to detail;
  5. Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  7. Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment with a proactive client-service focus;
  8. An ability to analyse information and interpret information in a logical manner;
  9. Ambition to achieve results, take ownership for tasks and contribute to the success of our business;
  10. Passion for continuous improvement and innovative thinking.
