A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented and driven HR Business Partner to join the Sydney arm of this high profile professional services firm. With a healthy appetite for change, this firm will provide the right candidate with excellent exposure to generalist HR as well as firm-wide projects, offering excellent career development.
Looking after the full, generalist HR remit within the organisation, you will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to Managers and Partners on all people-related issues. Working closely with the HR Manager, you will look at the creation of a management development framework across the firm as well as managing day-to-day employee relations queries and wider HR projects. With a key focus on upskilling Managers, you will be required to take a proactive and commercial approach to Human Resources, ensuring you are building strong relationships at all levels.
Candidates with previous experience within the Professional Services sector, in particular accounting and legal firms who can navigate a partnership environment will have a distinct advantage in this instance.
Highly presentable and articulate, you will be a confident self-starter with strong stakeholder management skills. Comfortable advising and coaching at all levels, it is essential that you are able to challenge and influence where necessary.
