An opportunity exists for you to join our team based in our Singleton office. You will be responsible for maintaining medicals, training and inductions of staff. You will also assist other administration staff with monthly invoicing, debtor management and general office duties.
All qualifications and training expenses are fully funded.

Position Description:
- Employee onboarding including pre-employment medical organisation
- Site induction access management
- Training coordination for employees
- Invoicing customers
- Liaising with clients
Position Requirements:
- Previous experience with client portals such as Pegasus, Avetta Connect, Damstra would be an advantage
- Previous experience in an induction/onboarding role
- Excellent computer knowledge with Microsoft Word & Excel
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to learn our procedures
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
