The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a Corporate or Commercial Lawyer to join one of Asia Pacific's biggest automotive businesses who are ASX 200 listed in Australia.
As a valued member of the team, you will work alongside a down-to-earth group of fantastic lawyers who deliver quality legal advice to the organisation's national retail, wholesale and trade businesses and its key stakeholders in Australia, New Zealand and Asia.
The successful applicant will have the opportunity to be exposed to a wide variety of commercial law matters, including but not limited to a various suite of contracts, mergers and acquisitions, business training on regulatory and compliance matters and process improvement initiatives. As the organisation continues to build on its multi-national footprint, you will take part in this growth while also making a difference to the business and its people.
The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least 3+ years PAE in corporate or commercial law with strong contract drafting skills, although more experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
