Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 190 properties with efficiency and care.
  • Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections, ensuring properties are in top condition.
  • Arrange maintenance and issue work orders, ensuring prompt service delivery.
  • Manage rental arrears and follow up with tenants professionally.
  • Handle lease renewals and ensure all agreements are up to date.
  • Process insurance claims, liaising with owners, tenants, and insurers.
  • Maintain strong communication with owners and tenants, providing top-tier customer service.
  • Assist with leasing and application processing, helping match tenants with the right properties.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • COR Certification & a reliable car for attending inspections.
  • Experience using Property Tree is a plus!
  • A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for real estate.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships with clients.
  • A team player attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
