The Role: As a Junior Property Manager, you will manage a portfolio of clean and well maintained residential properties, handling:

1. Repairs and maintenance
2. Arrears management
3. Conducting open homes
4. Assisting with leasing
5. Liaising with tenants and landlords
6. No accounts work required
7. Strong support from a receptionist and general manager

Who We're Looking For:

1. Must have real estate experience
2. Holds a Certificate of Registration
3. Has a reliable car
