Currently, they're looking for a driven and passionate junior property manager to join their ranks. They are open to experienced candidates or someone with a can-do attitude who is keen to kick start their career in the industry! Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Property Management team in the management of a tidy portfolio
- Coordinate maintenance and repair requests
- Conduct thorough inspections (ingoing, outgoing, routine)
- Ensure rent collection and minimize arrears
- Maintain proactive communication with tenants
- Collaborate closely with property management and leasing teams
Ideal Candidate:
- MUST hold a Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License
- Possession of a valid driver's license
- Prior experience in real estate is advantageous but not essential
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- A willingness to learn & desire to progress your career in Real Estate
