The position, but not limited to:
- Clean and small portfolio (the PM is taking a step back however staying in the company, so you will have an amazing handover)
- Effectively liaise with tenants
- Conduct routine & final inspections
- Complete maintenance management
- No Leasing, BDM or Trust
The Candidate:
- Property management experience is essential
- A current WA Certificate of Property Management Registration & driver's license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail
- Really outgoing, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- A positive attitude is a MUST in this office
