As soon as able Hourly rate: $42.40 - $61.07 (pending experience)

Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Kindergarten, Springsure, was established in 2010 and operates a five-day fortnight with a current enrolment of 15 children.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified applicants for the casual position of Kindergarten Teacher at Our Lady of the Sacred Heart Catholic Kindergarten, Springsure. These are casual hours with the possibility of part-time hours for the right applicant.

Applications are welcome from anyone who would support the school's ethos and possess the following:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification (or eligible to graduate)
  • Evidence of successfully passing the Literacy and Numeracy Test for Initial Teacher Education Students
  • Appropriate qualities, knowledge, and skills to provide a relevant and holistic education
  • Eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment
  • A desire to serve the community of Central Queensland

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
  • The ability to obtain approved Queensland College of Teachers Registration OR relevant ACECQA approved Early Childhood Teacher Qualification
