Job Details

We're looking for a dedicated associate with 2-6 years of labor and employment law experience to join our team in Parsippany, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about representing employers and providing strategic guidance on employment-related matters in both litigation and advisory capacities.

Key Responsibilities:

Represent clients in employment and labor-related litigation, including cases before state and federal courts, administrative agencies, and in labor arbitration.
Handle employment matters such as allegations of discrimination, breach of contract, and wage and hour violations.
Provide legal counsel to employers on labor relations issues, workplace policies, and employment law compliance.
Conduct internal investigations into workplace matters, including harassment claims, misconduct, and compliance concerns.
Draft and review employment-related policies, agreements, and contracts.
Collaborate closely with clients to develop solutions tailored to their unique workplace needs and challenges.

What We're Looking For:

2-6 years of experience in labor and employment law, with a focus on employer representation.
Strong legal research and technical skills, with the ability to quickly analyze complex matters.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong advocacy abilities.
Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to problem-solving and client service.
Proactive, efficient, and able to work independently with a focus on delivering creative solutions.
New Jersey Bar admission in good standing (admission to Connecticut and/or New York bars is a plus).
