- Required only Australian Citizens and should have minimum NV1 Security Clearance - NV2 Security Clearance preferred.
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting.
- O365 experience is essential. Software and Hardware diagnostic skills and building/upgrading PCs.
- Active Directory (users, mailbox management), Operating system support (Windows 10 & 7, Linux, and other operating systems).
- Prior experience working in hardware break and fix, installation, desk-side software support, and service desk support.
- People with Limited-Service Desk Experience of 1 year in IT Service Desk, Help Desk, IT Support Analyst, or Technical Support can apply.
- Provide support for hardware such as laptops, desktops, and monitors.
- As a Field Engineer, you will provide technical (1st and 2nd level) IT support to internal employees via telephone, email, walk-ins, and remotely.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Proven experience in a technical support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution.
- Experience with desktop support, server support, hardware, network and software installation and troubleshooting.
- O365 experience is essential for this opportunity due to the nature of the environment.

- Experience with supporting physical and virtual environments (Desktop and Servers).
