About the role
As our Learning & Development Administrator, you'll manage L&D administration, coordinate training programs, and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS). Reporting to the L&D Manager, you will keep accurate training records, support onboarding, and act as the primary contact for employees and managers across the college, ensuring a seamless learning experience and fostering a culture of continuous development.
As our Learning & Development Administrator, you'll also:
- Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrolments, reporting, and content management.
- Coordinate training programs, ensuring smooth scheduling, communication, and participant support.
- Be the first point of contact for all onboarding enquiries, while guiding new employees, managers, and executives through the process.
- Manage the L&D inbox, responding to enquiries and providing timely administrative support.
Skills & Experience
- Experience administering a LMS and managing training records.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with employees, managers, and stakeholders.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to supporting L&D initiatives and process improvements.
